• This is a virtual practice and sessions are held via Zoom.

• We require a valid credit card on file to book your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our policies listed on the Fees & Insurance page.

• Introductory 15-minute phone consultations are complimentary and exempt from any late cancellation or no-show charges.

• Evening and Saturday appointments available by special request only.
